Fix scenes not loading in SceneStep.

Issue

  • SceneStep shows blank or does not display content.
  • Scene editor fails to open scenes.

Possible Causes

  • Browser cache issues
  • Outdated DingChing version

Quick Fix

Clear cache and reload

Hold Shift and click Refresh in your browser.
Alternatively, clear browser cache completely.

Update DingChing

Ensure you are running the latest version. Go to Help > Check for Updates in DingChing.
